What an absolutely beautiful day on the water!... This morning I had my good buddy's Cary and Chandler out for a half day trip. (Check out Chandler's gloves and buffs that he and his wife make @ www.tailintoads.com) . Things started off quick when at our first stop we found some big redfish in about a foot of water. Chandler was up first with a nice fish that absolutely smoked his top-water plug but came unbuttoned. Cary was next catching a nice upper slot red on a Slayer Inc. paddle tail. A short while later Cary got a flounder and another nice slot red on the paddle tail (we tossed artificial lures only today). We spent the rest of the trip finding some more redfish and had a couple hookups but most we giving us the fin and not biting. Really fun day fellas!
