You couldn't of asked for a better morning to be on the water. Today I had Paul and Frank out to look for some redfish and trout. We started out a little slow but a quick move had us tossing top-water plugs in a shallow flat where the action got fired up. We had some really good blowups and one really nice redfish come unbuttoned right at the boat. Once the tide got right we switched back to live bait and caught about a half dozen nice slot reds and a few nice slot trout. These guys were cracking me up all day long. Nothing like two old friends going at each other... all in fun. The weather and the fishing should be great this coming weekend... so get out there!-Capt. Tommy
