What a fantastic day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had repeat client Fred along with Chad and Wes out for a half day charter. The weather was just about perfect today as the sun was shinning, the air was nice and cool, and hardly any wind blowing. They started off by catching quite a few nice slot trout using a float rig and shrimp and minnows. We then switched it up and hit the shallow stuff where they each caught some redfish. Chad had the big redfish of the day... a 29" 8+lb. lunker! We finished the day out in the shallows catching a few more reds. Always a great time!
