Another awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This morning I had repeat client Tom out for a half day charter. Tom is an accomplished fly fisherman but we got up on the flats early and the wind was just howling so we decided to change it up a bit today and do some creek fishing. Tom used a Fishbites paddle tail on a Slayer Inc. jighead and casted to creek mouths and oyster bars. He ended up catching some really nice fish including a few nice redfish and trout. The weather was nice in the creek as it kept us out of the wind and nice and toasty with the sun shinning. Always a fun time Tom!
