Another great day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This afternoon I had repeat client Mark along with Maxine and Gene out for a half day charter. We stayed up in the shallow stuff today and it paid off! Mark was up first with a nice upper slot redfish. Maxine and Gene were up next with a few nice keeper black drum. A little while later Gene's rod doubled over and the drag started screaming!... It was a big redfish weighing in at over 8.5lbs! They spent the rest of the trip catching quite a few more redfish including another big one that Maxine caught. Great day of fishing guys!
