What an absolutely beautiful day on the water!.. This morning I had repeat clients Jim and Andrew out for a day of fishing in St. Augustine! The tide was super high (flooded) today so we went looking for some tailing redfish... and we found some right off the bat. The fish were being tough this morning though as the guys put some great cast right in front of the fish but didn't get the bite. Andrew did hook into one nice tailer using a Slayer Inc. paddle tail. A short while later Jim hooked into a nice fish in the grass but the hook pulled. At our next stop Jim hooked into another nice fish but he got around some grass and the line broke. The bite slowed down during the mid morning but at the end of the trip the guys got into a couple more redfish including a monster the Jim caught. He also caught a couple flounder with one being a huge 5 pounder. Always a pleasure fellas!
