What an absolute beautiful day of fishing in St. Augustine! This morning I had Jesse, John, and John out for a half day charter. The weather was nothing short of amazing, especially for this time of year. Air temps in the mid 70's, no wind, and no clouds in the sky. The guys caught a bunch of redfish today. A lot of them were on the smaller side but Jesse did get a really big oversize red that put up one heck of a fight. Jesse also caught another upper slot fish a short while later. John caught a nice keeper flounder today as well.We finished up the day with a few more reds and one big dog that Jesse fought for awhile before the fish spit the hook. All the fish were caught on soft plastics today rigged on Slayer Inc. hooks. Great day guys!
