What an outstanding day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had Earl and Carol out for a half day charter. The weather was fantastic today with just a slight breeze and cooler than normal air temps... we did have to dodge one stray rain shower but it made for a nice rainbow while we waited for it to pass. Earl tossed a top-water for most of the trip and caught some nice fish. He had quite a few reds come up and hit the lure this morning. He also caught a couple of jacks on top. At the end of the trip we switched to some live bait and he caught a few more big redfish. Really fun day guys!
