Capt. Tommy and Capt. Charlie Win the 2016 Florida Pro Redfish Series Event #1
What an awesome few days of
fishing in St. Augustine!... The Florida Pro Redfish Tournament series held their 1st event of the year out of Jacksonville this past week. My tournament partner Captain Charlie and I won the event with just shy of 14lbs of redfish (2 fish). The fishing was fantastic and we caught over 20 fish on tournament day with most them being mis to upper slot fish. We also tied for biggest fish of the event with a redfish that weighed in at 7.68lbs. It's nice to get out and toss the rod every once in awhile myself... thanks Charlie and thanks to all my sponsors!
