What a week of fishing!... My tournament partner Capt. Charles Parker and I were in Tampa for a week's worth of red fishing. The fishing was really tough despite perfect weather conditions. We found some nice reds on day 1 of the tournament and followed up with some decent ones on day two as well. We managed to get a 9th place finish out of about 60 boats. We were also the highest placing team from the East Coast Division. It was a lot of fun getting out there and tossing the rod ourselves instead of guiding but now... we're happy to be back in St. Augustine and happy to get back to work!
