What a beautiful day on the water! This morning I had the pleasure of having Regis and his wife Linda out on the boat for a half day of fishing. We started up shallow tossing a popping cork with a live shrimp. Linda caught the first fish (I think on the first cast), a nice upper slot redfish. Regis hooked a really big red just moments later only to have him spit the hook right at the boat.... a few minutes later he landed another big upper slot red. With the tide getting low we headed for some deeper water where they caught some nice size trout and a few more redfish. We hit a couple more spots catching some more redfish before we headed in. The weather was perfect, the fishing was great, and I had a great time with you guys today!
