Another awesome day on the water... Today I had Steve and Jennifer out for a day of fly fishing in St. Augustine. We started by tossing the fly rods in some deeper water looking for some trout. Jennifer was the first to hook up what turned out to be a big ladyfish (the first ladyfish of the year for me). She then hooked up to a trout and Steve followed. We moved to a few different spots catching a couple of nice trout. The wind really picked up as we made our way up to the shallows to look for some redfish. We found some nice reds in some really shallow stuff but the winds and murky water made it tough to get a good shot with the fly rod. Steve did get one red on the fly to finish the trip. I had a great time guys and it was a pleasure watching you toss the fly around like a pro today Steve.-Capt. Tommy
