Wow!!! What a fantastic day of fishing!... This morning I had Tom and Katherine out for a 3/4 day charter in St. Augustine. They started by tossing top-water plugs and Tom quickly got a nice redfish to inhale his plug on one of his first few casts. A few minutes later a MONSTER redfish slammed his plug and the drag was screaming... a great fight was put up by this fish and he got lucky when the line broke on an oyster bar. A little while later we switched it to some live bait and they really got into the redfish! We lost count but somewhere between 15-20 redfish were caught over the next two hours. After getting their fill of redfish we headed offshore where Tom got a nice cobia. What a great day of fishing!-Capt. Tommy
