What a great day on the water!... The last few days we've been fishing along the beaches for some big tarpon and sharks. Today I had Bob and his son Shawn out for a half day of fishing in St. Augustine. We started up in the shallows today looking for some reds and flounder... and we found some. After a few short strikes on top-water we switched up to live bait and caught a few. We then headed offshore looking for a tarpon... we found the tarpon alright... they were skyrocketing bait all over the place. They just didn't want to play today and just wouldn't eat our baits. They did catch a few big sharks including a few bonnet heads and a big spinner shark we released at the boat. Fun day fellas!-Capt. Tommy
