Pre-hurricane fishing today in St. Augustine! We'll not really, although hurricane Irene will be passing by pretty close to our coast tonight and in to tomorrow. This morning I had Tim and his son Robert out for a half day charter. We started up in the shallows tossing popping corks where Tim caught a few redfish. We then moved to a little deeper area where they got another redfish and a nice sized black drum. We finished the day back up in the shallows where Robert caught a perfect sized 27" FAT redfish. This fish put up one heck of a fight... way to go Robert. All in all a pretty good day as the wind was whipping by the end of the trip. Good times guys!-Capt. Tommy
