Wow!.. What a epic day of fishing in St. Augustine! I had the day off today so Capt. Chris and I when out looking for some tailing redfish in the grass. This whole week we have extreme high tides and the redfish are seriously fired up! We waded to our first few fish and each got a couple nice redfish on the fly rod. Once the tide came up some more we stayed in the boat and caught some more tailing redfish using a weedless rigged soft plastic on a Slayer Inc. hook. We ended the day catching over a dozen slot sized reds in the grass. If you've never casted to tailing redfish you don't know waht you're missing!
