What a absolutely beautiful day on the water!... Today I had repeat clients Chris and Sam out for a half day charter in St. Augustine. We primarily fished the flooded grass today and saw quite a few redfish and sheepshead tailing in the grass. Sam got a nice redfish on a Slayer Inc. spinner bait before the grass got all the way flooded. Once the tide got right they had quite a few shots but the fish were a little picky today. Sam did have a nice one eat right near the boat but the hooked pulled. All in all a great day and I'm sure after seeing a ton of redfish they want to come back for the next flood...
