Another awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This morning I had repeat clients Jeff and Wanda out for a half day charter. It's always a blast to have Jeff and Wanda out on the boat... they are truly fishing fanatics. We started the day tossing top-water plugs and Wanda was up first hooking into a nice redfish right next to the boat only to have it come unbuttoned. That ended up being the theme for our top-water plugging this morning as they both hooked into some nice fish but they just kept coming unglued (not untypical for top-water fishing). We then switched it up to some live bait where they each caught quite a few nice redfish throughout the rest of the day. Always great to have you guys out... looking forward to next time and thanks again for the venison!
