St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report June 2nd...

What a great day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. It was really nice out there today with light winds and the sun shining. This morning I had Joel, Cindy, and Steve out for a charter. We started by looking for some trout as the tide was high. The fishing started a little slow with only a few ladyfish biting. We got to one spot where Joel hooked into a HUGE shark on really light tackle. It was screaming the drag and Joel did a great job of landing the shark on 10lb test. A short while later Joel got a nice big trout. We then switched it up and got into some flounder. Steve had one monster on but he came unglued... We'll get him next time :). They did land a few nice ones though. We ended the day by finding a nice school of upper slot redfish. The were tough but Steve got a nice one to eat. Really fun day guys!
