What a beautiful day on the water!.. This morning I had John and Austin out for a half day of fishing in St. Augustine. It was one of the prettiest sunrises I've seen in awhile and the air temp started out just about perfect. The fishing was a little on the slow side today. The guys started by tossing top-water plugs. John hooked into a nice one on the plug but the hooks pulled. They had a few more blow ups but it got hot quick today so we switched it to some bait. THe they hooked up to quite a few fish but only landed a few. Austin had the big red of the day with a nice upper slotter that put up a great fight. Fun day guys!
