St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report September 23rd & 24th...

Another couple of great days of fishing in St. Augustine!.. THe last two days the first signs of fall have shown up. With the stiff NE breeze fishing has been a little tough but we did catch some nice fish. Yesterday I had James out for a half day charter. James is a good angler and it was fun having him on the boat. He started the morning off with some jacks on top-water plugs. We then switched up and found some small tarpon but they just didn't want to play. We finished the day fishing for redfish and we caught a few with James catching the big fish of the day with a nice upper slot redfish.

Today I had Robert and Jennifer out for a half day charter. The wind was howling but the fish were chewing. Jennifer was up first with a nice redfish. Robert was next with a feisty jack. We made a move and Robert caught a really big mangrove snapper and Jennifer got a big jack. We ended the trip with Robert catching a big upper slot redfish that put up quite the battle. Fun days of fishing!
