St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report May 11th...

What an awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had long time clients Tom, Patty, and James out for a half day charter. We went on the beach today in search of some big and... we found them! They started off by hooking into some huge sharks but the goal today was to get Patty a big fish on the fly rod. We found some giant jacks and Patty hooked up to her first one only to have the hook straighten out. The next one stayed hooked up but also broke the rod!!! We had to hand line it in for the last 25' or so. It was huge at 38lbs on the digital scale. That's quite a monster on fly Patty!! Congrats!!!
