St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report February 28th...

 Another fantastic day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had long time clients Tom and Patty out for a half day charter. The goal today was to get Patty her first redfish on the fly rod. We found some big reds up shallow early and we just couldn't;t get the fly and the fish to line up... We did make a move and they caught some big reds on spinning tackle. Never one to give up, Patty gave it one more shot on the fly rod and she did catch her very first redfish on fly. Great casting Patty and I'm sure there's many more redfish to come on the long rod!
