What a great day on the water! (I ran two trips today)... This morning I had Rick and his daughter Eden and Rick's nephew Zach on the boat. We started by tossing live mud minnows and Zach was the first to catch a nice redfish. Eden got a really nice upper slot redfish as well. After catching a few more reds at our first spot we decided to move up on the flats where Rick got a nice upper slot redfish on a mud minnow. We ended the day catching about a half a dozen black drum. Great morning guys!
This afternoon I had Brady, Jeff, and Blake out for an afternoon of fishing. We started off by catching some smaller reds on live shrimp and then Blake got a nice slot redfish to eat his shrimp. We caught a few more smaller reds and then Blake ended the day with another nice upper slot redfish.
