What an awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!... I had the day off today and the weather was nice so it was time to go fish! I took my good buddy Gib out to do some scouting in some areas I don't fish very often. The wind picked up and the clouds rolled in but we were able to catch a few really nice upper slot redfish. Gib got one red that was a biggun at over 28"! We caught all of our fish today on new Slayer Inc. SST paddle tails. The weather has been a little sketchy to say the least as of late making for quite a few cancellations but looks like the coming week should be nice and the fishing is only going to get better over the next couple of months. Can't wait!!!
