St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report December 4th...

What an epic day of both fishing and weather in St. Augustine!... This morning the weather was absolutely perfect... no wind, beautiful sunrise, it just doesn't get any better. Actually it did get better at the first stop of the day with repeat client Don. It had a massive school of redfish just waiting for us. After catching a few big redfish out of the school we found we decided to make a move. We got into the super shallow stuff and with the sun up and no wind we were able to do some sight-fishing. There was a ton of big reds sunning themselves in the shallows today. One particular fish was tailing and Don made a perfect cast with Fishbites paddle tail. One twitch and BAM... fish on! The big one of the day was 26.5" and weighed in over 7lbs. We finished up the morning with Don catching quite a few trout on both artificial baits and minnows. Great day Don!
