Another awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had repeat clients Dan, Wayne, and Jake out for a half day charter. Once again the weather was beautiful with a nice breeze and sun shinning. At our first stop they only caught a couple small fish but at our next stop Wayne hooked int something that was ripping the drag off the reel... it ended up being a shark. Our next stop was where the guys caught some quality fish. They got quite a few redfish including one MONSTER that Wayne got that weighed over 12lbs! They also caught quite a few black drum. Jake ended up with the big drum of the day. We ended the trip with the guys catching a bunch of feisty jacks using a Slayer Inc. paddle tail / jighead combo. Great day fellas!
