Another awesome day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This morning I had repeat clients Alex and Perry out for a half day charter. We started the day tossing top-water plugs up in the shallows. With only a few blow-ups and no hook-ups we decided to switch to the Slayer Inc. paddle tail/jighead combo. The change made a big difference as the guys started to catch some nice upper slot redfish. After playing around with the reds for awhile we moved to few more spots but ended up coming back to the shallow stuff and ended the day with quite a few more big reds. Always fun to have you guys on the boat!
