St. Augustine / Palm Coast Fishing Report August 20th & 21st...

What an awesome couple of days of fishing in St. Augustine!.. The last two days I had repeat clients Kaster and Sue along with Jerry and Janet out for a charter. We found some small tarpon early both days and just couldn't get them to bite the first day but Sue jumped a nice one the second day. After playing with the tarpon we spent the rest of the mornings catching some nice fish including redfish, black drum, flounder, sheepshead, and mangrove snapper. Once the tide got right both days they started to catch some really big redfish. I lost count but they each got some nice slot to upper slot redfish. Some of the reds were putting up some great fights ripping the drag and running around the boat. Really couple of days guys... looking forward to next time!
