What an absolute beautiful day on the water. This morning I had Charles and his buddy Tim out for a day of fishing. We started up in the shallows tossing a popping cork with a live shrimp under it. Charles caught a nice slot red on one of his first few casts and then another upper slot red on a few casts later. Tim also hooked into a big red only to have him go into the oysters and break off. We then moved to some deeper water where we got a few more reds and Charles caught a nice trout. We moved around to a few more spots and the action slowed a bit but at our last spot even with the wind howling they caught some more redfish. Somewhere in there Charles got a good sized flounder to complete his Northeast Florida "Slam". It's always a good time fellas... looking forward to our next trip!
