St. Augustine Fishing Report May 11th...

Another great day of fishing in St. Augustine. This morning I had Bob and his wife Deborah as well as their friend Craig out for a half day trip. The weather was perfect... hardly any wind, air temps in the low 70's, and a beautiful sunrise. We started by tossing some top-water plugs. We had a few big redfish follow the plugs but no takers so we decided to move and try some live bait. at our next stop they scored a few nice redfish. Once the tide got right we moved into some shallow stuff where bob hooked into a nice upper slot red. Our last stop of the day was on fire for the last 20 minutes of the trip. They each caught some huge redfish including a redfish TRIPLE UP with a 10+lber and two 7+lbers. Way ta-go guys... that was a fun day!
