Another beautiful day on the water in St. Augustine!.. This morning I had repeat client Tom and his son-in-law Rick out for a half day charter. We started off in the extreme shallows tossing top-water plugs for redfish. They had a few blow-ups and misses and then Tom connected to a fat upper slot redfish. They had a few more followers and Rick got a nice one to stayed hooked up. A little while later Rick's plug got smashed by a big trout. We ended the day with a few more redfish and a sheepshead.
