What a fantastic day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This morning I had John and Jack out for a half day charter. We stayed up in the shallows today mostly looking for redfish. Jack hooked up to a big fish on the first cast but he broke off on some sharp oysters. A little bit later he hooked into another nice redfish and got him to the boat. We moved to some deeper water where they caught a few more redfish. Our last stop of the day they caught a couple big reds including John's fish that was a perfect slot fish measuring right at 27".
