Wow!!! What an outstanding day of fishing in St. Augustine!... This morning I had John, Josh, and Adam out for a 3/4 day charter. The weather was absolutely perfect today with air temps in the 70's and just a very light cool breeze. We started by tossing some top-water plugs and didn't have much action other than a few nips until Josh got a nice redfish to nail his plug right next to the boat. We then switched gears a bit and went after some trout... and got some nice ones! Our next spot was in some shallow water where they started to catch some more redfish. After a few nice slot reds Josh hooked into a BEAST of a trout. We spent the rest of the day catching some more reds (I lost count). Great day of fishing fellas!
